The client approaches our company whith their idea, whether it's a model or a technical drawing; we then provide guidance base don their requirements and needs.
Analysis of key project factors.
The potential profile is drafted, and an análisis is carried out on its use, applications, alloy, dimensions, length, finishes and costs. The drawings are then sent to the client for approval.
3D printed sample.
At this stage of the process, a 3D model of the approved piece is created and sent to the client for application or assembly testing.
We create a die that matches the desired shape.
Once the 3D model is approved, the die used for the aluminum extrusion process is manufactured. This stage takes approximately 20 days.
Sample evaluation.
Once the die is received, an initial extrusion is performed, during which samples are taken and sent to the client for application, quality, and finish testing.
Manufacturing, packaging and delivery of profiles.
Once the client approves the sample, production of the required material begins (based on the purchase order) to ensure the order is delivered in optimal conditions.
